By using TAKKER you agree to a few simple things. TAKKER helps you catch the Flex offers that match your rules, using the account you connect and acting for you while your pass is active. You stay responsible for your own driver account and for following the platform's rules. Passes are digital and unlock access right away, so they aren't refundable. We may update or pause the service to keep it running well, and you agree not to misuse it. That's the deal.

We keep only what we need to run TAKKER for you: your account email, your settings, and a temporary access key for your driver account so we can catch offers. Your password goes straight to Flex and never touches our servers. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card. For security and fraud prevention we log activity on your account — including sign-ins, the IP address you connect from and its approximate location — and keep that record as part of our security trail. If you dispute a payment, we may share proof of your purchase and use of the service — including these timestamps and IP addresses — with Stripe and your bank to resolve it. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing, and we keep nothing we don't need. You can disconnect your driver account or delete yours anytime, and we remove what we hold. Questions?
